Disclosure of Financial Interests and Commitments

Caltech's ability to create knowledge for the ages and translate discoveries into innovative technologies requires strict adherence to the highest standards of integrity. Every member of the community, whether on campus, at JPL, or at our offsite facilities, must conduct activities ethically and with sound judgment. We must ensure the accuracy of our work and instill public confidence as we advance our mission of forefront research and education in service of society. Disclosing individual outside commitments, including financial interests, is an important means by which Caltech maintains these high standards.

The Institute's annual Disclosure of Financial Interests and Commitments period opens on June 1, 2026, and will remain available until July 31, 2026. This disclosure must be completed by each Caltech faculty member, staff member, and postdoctoral scholar.
