Volunteer at Pasadena Showcase 2026 & Support the Caltech Y

Support the Caltech Y by volunteering at the Pasadena Showcase! Staff volunteers who complete two 4-hour shifts will receive a complimentary ticket to tour the home and gardens as a thank you for their support.

Set on nearly two acres of oak-filled historic landscape, Baldwin Oaks Estate remains one of Arcadia's most storied and irresistibly enchanting homes.

Volunteers play an essential role in making this spectacular event possible. For every shift completed, the Pasadena Showcase donates funds to the Caltech Y, helping support its programs and community initiatives.

As a token of appreciation, volunteers who complete two 4-hour shifts will receive a complimentary ticket (a $48 value) to tour the showcase house.

  • By signing up, you are committing to your scheduled shift times.
  • There is a strict dress code: Professional or business attire is required, including slacks, suits, dresses, skirts, blouses, or pants suits. Jeans are not allowed.
