From: Lindsey Malcom-Piqueux (MS '03), Assistant Vice President for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Assessment, Chief Institutional Research Officer, and Chief Diversity Officer; Taso Dimitriadis, Associate Director of the Caltech Center for Inclusion & Diversity
Date:November 10, 2021

Last spring, as part of the Institute's first campus climate survey, more than 2,000 students, faculty, staff, postdocs, and affiliates shared their perspectives on what it is like to work and study at Caltech.

Rankin & Associates, the external consultants engaged to help conduct the survey, have now completed their analysis of survey responses and will share a report of their findings at two virtual presentations:

  • Friday, November 19, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Pacific: Register now
  • Friday, November 19, from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Pacific: Register now

All members of the Caltech campus community are encouraged to attend one of these presentations, which will be led by representatives from Rankin & Associates and include participation from members of the Climate Survey Working Group and Institute leadership. (After the presentations, a recording will be made available to those with access.caltech.edu credentials.)

You may submit questions in advance upon registration. You may also submit questions anonymously using this form.

Thank you for your continuing engagement as we use insights from the climate survey to guide future initiatives, and to help foster a more diverse, inclusive, equitable, and accessible Caltech.
