Re: Next Steps in Caltech's Campus Climate Survey

We thank the more than 2,000 students, faculty, staff, postdocs, and affiliates who shared their perspectives as part of the campus climate survey this past spring.

Part of the Institute's continuing efforts to support diversity, inclusion, equity, and accessibility, the survey will help Caltech develop a fuller understanding of the experiences of individuals who work and study on our campus.

At this stage, researchers with Rankin & Associates, the external consultants engaged to help conduct the climate survey, are analyzing responses. We expect that a report of their findings will be shared with the community in a series of town halls and other events this fall. Then we will commence the important work of using insights from the survey to guide future initiatives and to help foster a more inclusive Caltech.
