Re: Work from Home and Commuting Survey

In accordance with federal and state Clean Air Act requirements, we are conducting a mandatory survey of employee commute (including telecommuting) modes for the week of October 12, 2020 through October 16, 2020. This survey is required for all staff, faculty, and student employees (including those working from home full-time) and will help inform emerging commuter and transportation options to better serve the Caltech community.

This simple online survey takes only 2 minutes of your time, and the first 500 people to complete the survey will be entered into a drawing to win a $100 Target gift card.
