Open House: City of Pasadena Greenways Project
Learn about the Pasadena Greenways Project, an initiative to create calmer neighborhood streets and improve safety and connectivity for people walking, biking, and rolling. Explore proposed safety and traffic-calming improvements on El Molino, Wilson, Sierra Bonita, and Craig Avenues, speak with project staff, and share your input.
The meeting will also feature information about the upcoming Craig Avenue demonstration project, which will temporarily install safety features to allow the community to experience potential improvements firsthand and provide feedback before permanent designs are developed.
The general public and all Caltech community members—students, postdoctoral scholars, faculty, staff, friends, and family—are welcome.
Bike racks are available adjacent to the Hameetman Center. The Caltech campus is served by Pasadena Transit Routes 10 and 53 and Metro Route 267. Free parking is available after 5:00 p.m. in the parking garage at 370 S. Holliston Ave.
Spanish interpretation, refreshments, and kids' activities will be available.
Can't attend in person? Join the virtual community meeting on Wednesday, July 29, from 6:00–7:30 p.m. via Zoom at bit.ly/GreenwaysVirtualCommunityMeeting. Spanish interpretation will also be available.
