This 1-hour signature session introduces participants to foundational terms and concepts to engage equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility (IDEA) issues in a meaningful way. Through practical examples, participants will be guided through: The differences between 'Equity' and 'Equality', the Dimensions of Social Identity, and the relationship between inclusion and diversity.
